Magnolia Veterinary Clinic opened in August of 1999 just down the street from our present location. In August of 2005 we opened in our present location, 2828 East North Ave, Anderson, SC. In April of 2006 we changed or name to Magnolia Veterinary Hospital as we became a true 24 hour hospital continuing appointments during the day and receiving emergencies and critical cases 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

As of 10/1/2018, we have evolved our practice again. We will continue to see appointments on weekdays and Saturday mornings. The biggest change is that we will STOP receiving emergencies and transfers after 12 AM. We will still be staffed 24 hours but emergencies go until midnight to manage our hospitalized cases. This decision was based on many factors, but most of all, patient care. The number of hospitalized cases that we have on average made it unsustainable to continue receiving new emergencies with our staffing levels. Unfortunately, we have been unable to adequately staff to our standards so the decision was made to stop receiving additional cases and focus on those admitted before 12 AM.

We are fully staffed and open for emergencies from 8am-12am. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical, surgical and emergency care as necessary during his or her lifetime.

We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet’s health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education. Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing personal attention to the unique concerns of each individual pet owner.
