Since 1999, Magnolia Veterinary Hospital has served the pets and families of Anderson, SC with dependable, compassionate veterinary care. In 2006, we made history as South Carolina’s first 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital. Today, we continue that legacy with thoughtful, practical care that meets pets where they are and supports the people who love them.

While our doors now operate on scheduled hours (7 a.m. – midnight), our hospital is staffed 24/7 to provide essential monitoring, urgent medical attention, and round-the-clock care for pets already in our care.

We’re proud to operate as a primary and secondary care practice—offering a wide spectrum of services that bridge the gap between routine vet visits and full specialty hospitals.

• Stabilization for patients en route to specialty or ER referral
• 24/7 inpatient monitoring and nursing care for short- to medium-term hospitalization
• Post-op recovery and overnight hospitalization
• Management of complex, but stable conditions not requiring critical care intervention
• If specialty care is medically indicated but not feasible—due to financial, logistical, or other constraints—we serve as a back-up option, offering advanced medical management and support to the best of our capabilities.
